    鱼香肉丝

    俗话说：上有所好，下必甚焉！所以偶也跟鱼香肉丝干上了，以前在金鹏吃过几次，但是也没琢磨是怎么做的！网上的菜谱貌似也不怎么靠谱——所以做菜也是一门实验科学呀
     
    原料：猪肉，青椒，木耳，土豆，郫县豆瓣，酱油，淀粉，醋，糖
     
    猪肉切丝是个问题，还好我买的已经切片了，切丝之后加淀粉，盐先腌制10分钟
    土豆切丝，滤水
    做菜好帮手——豆瓣不可少（偶可没有收郫县豆瓣的广告费哦）
    然后锅里加油，放肉，肉炒的差不多了，放其他配料，加入糖、醋、豆瓣，勾芡，game over！
